Install Observer on Windows

Download, install, and sign in. Takes a couple of minutes.

You need Windows 10 or later (64-bit) and an Observer account.

Download and install

1. Open the Download page on getobserver.app.

2. Download the Observer .exe.

3. Run the installer.

4. Launch Observer and sign in.

Grant Microphone access before your first meeting. Windows captures system audio automatically — there is no separate screen-recording step.

Every account includes a one-time 30-minute Free Trial — no credit card required.

If the microphone is blocked, open Settings → Privacy & security → Microphone and allow Observer.
