Send notes to Notion
Connect Notion and push meeting notes to a page or database.
Notion is an optional connection for exporting meeting notes. Observer still saves notes, transcripts, and chat in your dashboard — Notion is an extra destination when you want notes in your workspace.
What you need
- Observer installed and signed in
- A Notion account with access to the page or database you want to use
Connect Notion
1. Open Observer and go to Connections.
2. Under Notion, click Connect.
3. Complete authorization in your browser and return to Observer.
Choose where notes go
After connecting, pick one destination:
- Database — each Send to Notion creates a new row (or page in that database)
- Page — each send creates a child page under that parent
Search for the page or database in Connections. If nothing appears, open that item in Notion, use ··· → Connections, connect Observer, then search again.
Send notes from a meeting
1. Open Meetings and select a meeting that has notes.
2. Open the notes menu and click Send to Notion.
3. Observer creates a Notion page with your meeting notes and basic meeting details.
Tips
- Prefer a database if you want a clean list of meetings.
- You can change the destination anytime in Connections.
- Disconnect removes Observer's access; existing Notion pages stay in your workspace.
