Using Observer
Send notes to Notion
Optional. Notes still live in Observer if you never connect Notion.
Notion is an extra destination. Observer still saves notes, the transcript, and chat in Meetings.
Connect
1. Open Connections in Observer.
2. Under Notion, click Connect and finish authorization.
3. Pick a database or a page.
Where notes go
- Database: first send creates a row; sending the same meeting again updates it
- Page: first send creates a child page; sending again updates that page
If search finds nothing, open the page or database in Notion, use ··· → Connections, connect Observer, then search again.
Send
1. Open a meeting that has notes.
2. Open the notes menu and click Send to Notion.
Changing the destination only affects meetings you have not sent yet.
Deleting a meeting in Observer does not delete the Notion page. Disconnecting removes Observer’s access; existing Notion pages stay.
